Avenza Maps — Historic Wind River

Using Historic Wind River maps in the Avenza Maps app:

Step 1: From your smartphone, go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).

Step 2: Search for Avenza Maps, and download the app.

Step 3: Open the Avenza Maps app, and click on the Store icon at the bottom of the screen.

Step 4: In the search bar under Find a Map, enter Historic Wind River, and tap on Search.

Step 5: You should see the same maps found on our website. Find the one you want to use, and tap on the Open Map button to download the map into the app. In the free version of the app, you can have up to 3 maps downloaded at one time.

Note: Avenza Maps will allow you to record waypoints, tracks, and other information to add on the map. See the Avenza Maps website or their tutorials on YouTube for more complete information on app features.
